【減肥大作戰】一年食一次麥當勞開心到飛起 韓國天王Rain刻苦減肥餐單半年減22磅

39歲韓國天王Rain(鄭智薰)最近在Instagram大放笑彈,透露自己長達一年未食過麥當勞,興奮得拿著外賣雀躍地在街上跳起,引來網民留言大呼搞笑。其實Rain一直對自己的身型有著嚴格管理,除了有一套高效燃脂運動,更有刻苦的減肥餐單,才成就今日的爆肌男神。
Rain上周一次過在IG分享5張「興奮到模糊」的照片,相中他拿著麥當勞紙袋,雀躍地在街上小跳步,而IG帖文內容則寫道:
運動完不知不覺走入麥當勞,走著走著,不知不覺買了炸雞!我為甚麼會拿出銀包……一年來首次吃這樣的宵夜,真的比任何事都開心!也比站在舞台上更充滿力量!

Rain的這番言論引來網民爆笑,大讚他可愛之外,也有人盛讚他易於滿足。其實Rain素來著重飲食及運動,早前他曾在YouTube影片透露,19年底時體重一度高達90kg(約198磅),於是展開地獄式減肥,半年內成功減去22磅。

Rain 的減肥餐單中,早餐和午餐菜單一樣,包括一個番薯、10顆迷你椰菜、半個橙、半個蘋果、100克雞胸肉、一杯乳酪及一份堅果,晚餐則不吃任何食物。
在飲食時間上,他採用了18:6間歇性斷食法,意即控制飲食時間在一天6小時內,其餘18小時則斷食,只會飲清水。

而每周三是他的休息日(Cheat Day),可自由進食。減肥餐單以一星期為一個周期,星期日可自行選擇是否跟從減肥餐單,而其餘日子則按照餐單進食。
除了飲食之外,Rain亦相當注重運動,他曾表示,自己會在食飯前進行高強度間歇性運動,而他也經常會做一套為時30分鐘的TABATA運動,以達高效鍛鍊肌肉及減脂的效果。
